Delicious And Healthy Fish Taco
By Jo on Nov 22, 2007 in Pet Health
Fish has been always part of our healthy meal because it is delicous and healthy. Some will even go to their favorite seafood restaurant to taste delicious seafood meals. It is no wonder that there are many seafood restaurants around us. Fish Taco is one of our favorites when it comes to seafoods. It came from Mexico where almost every meal has a pile of fresh warm corn tortillas. Taco is a tortilla wrapped around a filling, if fish is the filling, then it is a Fish Taco. Meat is also used as a filling and some other more.
Good fish for tacos are swordfish or shark because they are firm fish. Manyrestaurants are serving this and other food places but if you don’t want to go to some restaurant you can make this at your kitchen because the ingredients are always available everywhere and the preparation is just like preparing a sandwich, plus you can innovate it to taste better. No matter where you have it, fish tacos are best eaten hot. Here is a simple fish taco recipe I found at http://allrecipes.com
